Updating Auto Payment Info
To update your payment information, please call our office directly at 904-982-2500 during the listed hours above. Do not update it through the portal, it won’t process correctly. We’re happy to help get it updated quickly and correctly over the phone!
Canceling Service:
You cannot cancel by phone or by telling the technician– you must email: manager@totalsprayllc.com
Email us with your service address and reason at least two weeks in advance. Less than 48 hours? The service might still happen and get billed.
Past Due Accounts
10 days late → $25 fee. 20 days late → account closed. Timely payments keep our family business running smoothly and prices fair!
