Scheduling Your Appointment
To begin with, scheduling a pest appointment with TS is convenient as they offer same-day pest appointments with a licensed technician. Typically, appointments are available Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. However, if needed, we can also schedule after-hours appointments to better accommodate your schedule.

What to Expect on Your First Treatment
Before the Treatment
Do I need to empty my cabinets?
No, you do not need to empty your cabinets, as we do not spray inside them during a pest appointment.
Do I need to move furniture?
We do recommend picking up items near the baseboards.
Clothing, pillows, toys, and pet dishes
Additionally, please pick up clothing, pillows, toys, and pet dishes from the floor prior to treatment to allow for thorough service.
During the Treatment
How long does the treatment take?
Generally, treatments take less than 30 minutes during a pest appointment. While the application itself is quick, the product does the work over time. To ensure the best results, we use high-quality, professional-grade products and rotate them regularly to prevent pesticide resistance.
Is it safe for my kids?
Yes, we take special precautions for young children, especially infants and crawling toddlers. In these situations, we primarily use baits in cabinets and behind electrical outlets. If spraying is necessary, we will ask that you leave the home with the children for two hours after the treatment.
Is it safe for animals?
Yes, treatments are safe for pets. That said, we take extra precautions for fish and birds. In these cases, we rely on baits in cabinets and behind electrical outlets rather than spraying.
Is there an alternative to spraying inside the house?
Yes, we offer a natural pest control option that uses scent to repel pests. In addition, we can use baits and dust behind electrical outlets. In many cases, most pest issues can be controlled from the outside.
After the Treatment
Will the treatment eliminate bugs immediately?
No, our products are designed to work gradually, even after the pest appointment.
Can I use store-bought products between treatments?
No, using other products can cancel out our treatment and make it ineffective.
Do store-bought products work faster?
These are often referred to as “instant-kill” products. While they may kill a few visible pests, they cause insects to avoid treated areas and find alternative routes—such as crawling up walls—which makes professional treatment less effective. Additionally, these products typically only kill worker pests and do not eliminate nests or eggs. Our products include a growth regulator that prevents pests from reproducing.
What You’ll Need to Do After Treatment
To maximize results from your pest appointment, please follow these steps:
- Wipe down all surfaces, including inside cabinets and behind appliances, to remove pheromone trails that attract pests.
- Eliminate alternative food sources whenever possible.
- Relocate pet food and water, and store pet food in airtight containers.
- Empty trash daily.
- Wash dishes immediately after use.
- Store all food and spices in airtight containers.
- Store rice and grains in sealed containers to prevent weevils.
- Remove old bait from cabinets.
Will a Follow-Up Treatment Be Needed?
That depends on the severity of the infestation. As a general rule, for every pest you see, there are approximately 100 more in the nest. Therefore, proper treatment is critical. If the issue is not addressed correctly from the start, it can quickly become a much larger problem.
